It Augers Well for Nell

BBC R2’s Janice Long said that she had a voice to die for. The quote appeared on a flyer for a list of gigs for a current UK Tour in which she headlined. Support acts featured Kat Flint, Gabby Young and Lana. My nearest venue was over an hour away. By the time Nell appeared on stage it was time to go home. I bought a copy of her album “What Does It Take” . After giving this album more than one or two hearings, it’s difficult to give her a category , Nell has everything - bit of Country, fair bit of Blues, bit of Soul, bit of Rock, bit of Jazz.
Catch her live if you can….while the tickets are still cheap !
